Do hotel-goers have to wear masks all the time?
Based on the local and worldwide health safety regulations, and for the safety of our guests and team members, all hotel guests will need to wear a face mask in all public spaces around the hotel vicinity, except during dining.

Our hotels strictly implement stringent cleaning training and protocols, and are able to take care of all post-COVID-19 issues including sanitation, practicing and encouraging social distancing, and wearing masks and gloves. The housekeeping team has been trained especially to carry out deep cleaning every day in all guest rooms and public areas. The safety of our guests and team members remains a priority. We have also stepped up the disinfection of public spaces and guestrooms, and have made hand sanitisers available all around the hotel facility.
Do guests have to do a daily temperature screening?
Prior to your check-in, there will be a mandatory temperature screening for all guests at the hotel entrance upon visiting the hotel. If you feel unwell, speak to our guest relations officer and we can help you with the next step.
