记忆集团首日交易股价涨近三成 — 联合早报 6 January 2018 本地首只专注经营缅甸旅游业的记忆集团(Memories Group)昨天首日交易,上涨 近 30%,收报 0.37 元。 集团于本周三(3 日)完成以每股 0.25 元私下发售 5000 万股,集资 1065 万元。其中 4260 万股是新股,740 万股是股东献售股(Vendor Shares)。 根据彭博社报道,集团是缅甸蒲甘(Bagan)最大的热气球运营商,祐玛战略(Yoma Strategic)持股 47.6%。祐玛战略通过反向收购四海栈亚洲(SHC Capital Asia),将旅 游业务分拆上市。 祐玛战略控股执行主席潘继泽接受媒体采访时指出,旅游业是最容易实现爆发性增长的 业务之一。“我们认为,目前正是时候设立一个独立专属的平台发展旅游业务。” 在缅甸,每人每一次搭乘热气球收费 450 美元(约 600 新元),相当于 2016 年缅甸 人均国内生产总值(GDP per capita)的三分之一。 根据世界旅游组织的预测,到 2027 年,国际游客在当地的消费将达到 52 亿美元,比 2016 年的 23 亿美元多了一倍以上。 潘继泽透露,在上一个财年,超过 2 万 2000 […]
