记忆集团首日交易股价涨近三成 — 联合早报 6 January 2018 本地首只专注经营缅甸旅游业的记忆集团（Memories Group）昨天首日交易，上涨 近 30％，收报 0.37 元。 集团于本周三（3 日）完成以每股 0.25 元私下发售 5000 万股，集资 1065 万元。其中 4260 万股是新股，740 万股是股东献售股（Vendor Shares）。 根据彭博社报道，集团是缅甸蒲甘（Bagan）最大的热气球运营商，祐玛战略（Yoma Strategic）持股 47.6％。祐玛战略通过反向收购四海栈亚洲（SHC Capital Asia），将旅 游业务分拆上市。 祐玛战略控股执行主席潘继泽接受媒体采访时指出，旅游业是最容易实现爆发性增长的 业务之一。“我们认为，目前正是时候设立一个独立专属的平台发展旅游业务。” 在缅甸，每人每一次搭乘热气球收费 450 美元（约 600 新元），相当于 2016 年缅甸 人均国内生产总值（GDP per capita）的三分之一。 根据世界旅游组织的预测，到 2027 年，国际游客在当地的消费将达到 52 亿美元，比 2016 年的 23 亿美元多了一倍以上。 潘继泽透露，在上一个财年，超过 2 万 2000 […]
